Cajun Jambalaya Pasta
Portions at the Cheesecake Factory are always more than enough for the normal appetite. I don't think there has ever been a time that I have been able to finish this dish off. The sauce has large chunks of tomato which are great! The spiciness level of sauce was spot on, not too spicy. I counted about 6 shrimp and probably 6-8 pieces of chicken. Green and red pepper slices and onions add to the flavor. I found myself constructing bites by rolling some of the linguini, then stabbing a vegetable, a piece of shrimp or chicken. I always think to myself that I would try other dishes here, but for some reason I always end up with the Jambalaya.
