My Pollo Saltado was prepared in the traditional way, sitting atop a pile of fresh made potato fries with white rice. My tastebuds felt like they were back in my favorite restaurant in Lima. It had a all the authentic nuances of a Peruvian kitchen. To be honest, when it arrived steaming hot, it smelled so good I starting eating and almost forgot to take a quick photo for this review. The Pollo Saltado was delicious and I would definitely recommend it and order it again.
