Bavette Allo Scoglio Di Mare
Linguini pasta cooked the traditional way, al dente, topped with Mussels, Clams, Calamari, Shrimp, Scallops, a generous portion of Grouper in a fresh tomato sauce. This was as authentic a dish as I would have found stopping along the Amalfi coast for supper. The seafood was fresh, not overcooked or over powered by the tomato sauce.
