Pork and Chive Dumplings
This dish came with three fairly sized dumplings. They were most likely steamed and then pan-fried in a wok to give it the browned and crispy sides. I dipped mine in soy sauce and hot chili oil. The sharp taste of the chives was really nice and provides your tastebuds something other than the typical pork/shrimp stuffed dumpling.
